By participating in the contest, participants agree to these terms and conditions and confirm that they are of legal age and reside in an eligible country.

1. General Terms and Conditions

Participation in contests on the Loot4All platform is free of charge and is governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in a country where participaton in contests is legally permitted.
• Team members of Loot4All, their relatives, and persons directly involved in the conception and implementation of the contests are excluded from participation.
• Each person may only participate once per contest. Multiple entries, especially through the use of different email addresses or profiles, are prohibited.

3. Contest Procedure

• The duration of the contest will be specified in the respective contest post.
• Participation is achieved by collecting so-called "entries." These entries are earned by completing specific tasks or conditions (e.g., following a social media channel, sharing a post).
• No further entries will be accepted after the contest period has ended.

4. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the contest ends.
• Only participants who have correctly completed all required tasks will be eligible for the draw.
• Winners will be notified promptly via email, provided a valid email address has been registered in their profile. In addition, all winners will always receive a notification through the website's notification system, regardless of whether a valid email address is provided. Participants can view this notification by clicking on the bell icon in the website header.
• Winners have 7 days from notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days, they forfeit their right to the prize.
• Prizes can be claimed under the Items Overview section by clicking on "Claim Item." Once claimed, prizes will remain visible on the website for an additional 14 days before being permanently deleted.

5. Prizes

• The respective prize will be described in detail in the corresponding contest post.
• Cash payouts or exchanges of prizes are excluded.
• Any shipping costs incurred will be covered by Loot4All. Winners are responsible for any additional costs or taxes associated with their prize.

6. Exclusion of Participants

Loot4All reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest if they violate these terms and conditions or if there is suspicion of manipulation. Reasons for exclusion may include:

• Multiple participations using different accounts
• False information during registration
• Unethical behavior

7. Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is important to us. All information regarding how your data is processed as part of the contests can be found in our Privacy Policy . By participating in the contest, you agree to the terms outlined there.

8. Liability

Loot4All assumes no liability for technical disruptions that could impair participation in the contest (e.g., server outages). Loot4All also accepts no responsibility for delays or errors in prize delivery caused by third parties.

9. Termination of Contests

Loot4All reserves the right to cancel or terminate a contest at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise that disrupt or prevent its planned execution (e.g., manipulation or technical issues).

10. Applicable Law

The giveaway is subject exclusively to the laws of Germany.

11. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be found invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
