Yes, you can take part in all our giveaways for free.
If you've entered your email and won a giveaway, we'll send you an e-mail. If e-mail notifications are turned off, you can still check the notification icon next to your profile picture.
You can see all the items you have won on the Items overview page. To do this, click on your Profile picture > Items overview.
If you meet different requirements to join a giveaway, you earn entries. Think of entries like raffle tickets the more you collect, the better your chances of winning.
Yes, you can still take part in further giveaways, even if you have already won another giveaway.
You cannot currently create a giveaway yourself. We want to implement this function in the next versions of our system.

Frequently asked questions about accounts.
Not necessarily, only if you want to participate in giveaways and do not have a social media account linked to your Loot4All account.
Your e-mail address can be very useful, as we can contact you quickly if you have won a giveaway.
If you have only registered via a social media account, you can also set up a password.
To do this, however, you must have a valid e-mail address linked to your account.
You can also activate 2-factor authentication (2FA) to make your account even more secure.
To link your social media accounts to your Loot4All account, click on your profile picture > Linked Accounts. You'll see all the social media platforms you can connect to. Choose the platform you want and click the 'Connect to this platform' button. You'll then be redirected to the chosen platform, where you'll need to confirm the connection.
For security reasons, this is only possible if you create a support ticket.
To do this, click on Support > Create Ticket in the header and select “Account” as the category.
Let us know in the message field which social media account you would like to remove from your Loot4All account.
No, each person may only have one Loot4All account, as multiple participation with different accounts is prohibited.
Should you still participate in a giveaway with several Loot4All accounts, we may block your accounts.
